East Valley Realtor Kent Gagon announces plan to sponsor Limo tours of
bank owned, foreclosed homes.

Tempe, AZ - March 3, 2008 -- The date is quickly approaching for the
first prestigious Limo tour of foreclosed and bank owned homes in
Ahwatukee, Tempe, Chandler, Scottsdale, and Gilbert. South East Valley
Real Estate agent Kent Gagon, with West USA Realty is sponsoring the
event for qualified buyers and investors interested in purchasing these
types of homes.

"We will be scheduling multiple tours for each of the above cities. The
first tour will be held Friday, March 21 starting at 11am. We will tour
homes priced between $160,000 and $400,000 through Tempe and Ahwatukee.
We anticipate spending between 4 to 5 hours viewing 20 to 30 of the
homes that are bank/lender owned foreclosures during this first tour. We
will spend approximately 10 minutes in each home to keep the tour moving
quickly and smoothly." Comments Kent Gagon

These tours are open to 16 people as each of the limos hold 8
comfortably. The first tour is free to the first 16 people!

"The number of homes that have sale pending status has jumped
dramatically in recent months. We want buyers to know that it is time to
get out and start looking again, make offers, and get into your new home
before you miss out on some of the incredible deals in the market. This
is a terrific way to do just that. While some agents have done this in
the past using buses, we want to take it a step further and go in a
little more style and class. Plus having just 16 people instead of a
large bus will allow us to answer questions and offer a more
personalized experienced," states Gagon.

To qualify for and attend the complementary tour interested buyers; not
currently working with a Realtor, must speak with one of Kent's lenders
by March 17th. Once qualified, buyers will be scheduled and prepared for
the tour. Detailed information on each property including down payment
and financing scenarios will be provided for all participants.
Additionally, complementary one-on-one consultations will be scheduled
for a comprehensive market evaluation for buyers to make an offer on the
homes they are interested in with negotiations for the best possible
deal.

Kent has been a Realtor in the East Valley for 10 years, he has been
publicly featured in Continental Airlines In-flight Magazine,
interviewed about the real estate market by both the Arizona Republic
and The Arizona state press, and he is currently working with HGTV and
HighNoon entertainment filming a real estate related reality television
show that will air in the fall of 2008. Kent offers both buyer and
seller services throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. "This is just
another service that we want to put out there" says Kent, "It is a
specialty service that not all real estate agents can or will provide
and it sets us apart."
